Missionary Childhood Association

Founded in 1843, the Missionary Childhood Association is an international organization whose membership is made up of students in Catholic schools and religious education programs; it is an organization dedicated to fostering children’s awareness of the missionary nature of the Church. It was founded by Bishop Charles de Forbin-Janson of France, to help children strengthen their relationship with God through active participation in the missionary work of the Church.

Here in Delhi we wish to start the HCA with our primary aim being, to be of service to schools & religious education programs in the Archdiocese of Delhi. In Delhi we would work under the banner of ‘Jesus Amigos’. We would like to focus on the ‘Missionary Animation of Children’, through the powerful medium of visual communication, puppetry shows, music and attractive literature. Our adage being ‘children helping children’.
